Even in an ever-changing security landscape, one thing remains abundantly clear: Europe is in dire need of a massive defensive scaling up and the production lines on the Old Continent are faced with questions of arming and scaling not seen for generations. Europe will be judged on its ability to respond to these questions, and choosing reliable suppliers is paramount. At Multicut, we are ready!
In collaboration with market leaders like Lockheed Martin and Raytheon, at Multicut we have manufactured multiple components for the F35 Joint Fight Striker, and since 2018, we have manufactured more than 200.000 components for interceptors – a key component in any missile defense system. We have a proven record of not only maintaining a sublime level of security in supply but particularly of quickly scaling production in times of change. Not only do we possess exhaustive knowledge about the defense industry, but we also spot production needs from miles away and understand what is required from a subcontractor within this demanding industry.
With the European Union ready to launch its hyper-ambitious project ReArm Europe, the Member States are preparing themselves to ramp up their defenses with a staggering 800 billion euros over the coming years. The intentions are clear, but without scalable supply lines, intentions are nothing but words. Luckily, Multicut is up for the task.
We realize how critical scalability can be, and we have the will and the financial power to invest - fast - when our customers need to ramp up from prototype to full-scale production runs of thousands of components – and with everything from ammunition to complex tactical defense missiles in short supply, the European Union and its Member States have no time to waste.
While this is most likely something we can all agree on, guaranteed security in supply cannot be achieved overnight; it takes substantial investments in manufacturing procedures and general processes. At Multicut, we are ready, and the key to this is our production line philosophy – or M·Sys™ as we call it.
By investing heavily in robotically controlled picking and handling lines, we have created M·Sys™, our fully automated production line with no human involvement necessary. By creating flawless and scalable supply lines, M·Sys™ ensures that defense manufacturers can rely on us to keep their operations running smoothly. No matter the complexity and scale of the production, we can make it happen!
At Multicut, we take pride in being a dependable partner for the European defense industry and our commitment to continental security goes above and beyond the predicaments of today. Our manufacturing facilities have for years been geared for times of uncertainty and we are no strangers to the volatile nature of the defense industry.
In other words: Europe is planning for a future in which we have already been operating for years.
