Changing nothing, changes nothing

Changing nothing, changes nothing

Within our industry, processes, technology, and methods change constantly. You risk falling behind if you seize to keep up with the development. At Multicut, we make cutting-edge manufacturing solutions, and to do so, we stay ahead of development to maintain the high quality and -standards that we are known for.

Challenge the process

We pride ourselves on being determined, ingenious, and strong-willed to the extremes. This way, even though competing manufacturers own similar machines, Multicut stands out in the market as being unique which means our customers can be sure to receive thought-out solutions. We have optimized and automized our manufacturing processes to influence and perfect the components, so they fit the specific construction needs of our customers.

We do, what we do - and we do it well

Multicut is an important partner in the production flow of our customers. That is why, we constantly optimize our processes and manufacturing facilities to accommodate the supreme standards that our components require.

The service that we offer at Multicut can be hard to define unambiguously but to our customers, there is no doubt that they receive flawless and bespoke components, that fit their exact production needs. This is probably one of our biggest strengths. Our components may not be something you can pick out from a shop shelve. However, they fulfill a need and do so in a way that is as complimentary to our customers’ product lines as possible. This is highly acknowledged by our customers, and they know exactly what we can do and at what level of quality.

We appreciate when our customers give feedback as that is the best way to learn. No matter positive or negative, feedback is often constructive. Essentially, it is a great way to see where to improve and to see how our customers perceive us. Sometimes, feedback is provided with very little filter, which makes these statements honest and to the point. Don't take our word for it, one of our stable customers, says it point-blank;

"Multicut makes the s***, nobody else can do!"

Frank During, CEO of Multicut North America, supports the statement, saying that this is the essence of how we approach business. If no one else can do it, you can be sure that Multicut has the solution. We always find a way.

Process optimization driveS success.

Multicut delivers milling and machining services that match market demands. It takes complex manufacturing solutions to offer components of the highest possible quality. That is why Multicut continuously implements automation solutions that reduce human errors and enhance efficiency.

When working with process optimization, there are four primary steps that you must go through as an organization.

  • Mapping the processes.

  • Analyze the steps and processes in your workflow.

  • Identify weak or ineffective processes.

  • Optimize the processes through reconstruction, automation, and new technology.

Within our industry, we are not afraid to be innovative and contemporary as that makes us front-runners in implementing the newest technology in our manufacturing solutions. The continuous improvements have several advantages for our manufacturing processes as well as our customers. Among the advantages, our customers can expect flawless manufacturing solutions, high-quality components, scalable solutions at a reduced production cost, and a reduced production time.

M-SYS 3

Our latest process optimization was the facilitation of our manufacturing flow. We developed a new concept called M·Sys™ that is founded on the idea that the production facilities run entirely on automation from the beginning of the production to the final product.

By constantly optimizing our processes we stay ahead of our competitors and ensure that our customers get the best possible components for their constructions. An outcome that is hard to put a price on. Optimization is an ever-going procedure. Within manufacturing facilities, machines and technology will always improve. The digital and technological journey of automation is endless, and we are just getting started.
